About the Artist

Christine Fiset is  a French-Canadian realist painter from Quebec City.  She started  painting on a regular basis when she retired from a career in Communications  in 2012. Having  no  formal training in art, the internet has played and is still playing a crucial role in her technical and artistic development. Since she started so late in life, she points out,  time is of the essence to become an accomplished artist! Each new painting is for her a challenge and an opportunity to learn !

Her medium is oil, her favorite subjects are, in fact, everything susceptible to inspire her. She is an aesthetic enthusiast in every sphere of her life and she wants to celebrate life’s beauty in her paintings!
